Additionally, AIE brought in GMAC Logitech Refrigeration Corporation, a joint venture project between AC Logistics Holdings Corporation (AC Logistics) and Glacier Megafridge, Incorporated (GMI) to develop a 12,000-pallet cold storage facility, aimed to improve food preservation, further boost local employment, and support agriculture.
AIE continues to grow as it attracts new locators, including Tide Solar, a leading solar panel manufacturer investing $3 million (P169.2 million) to establish a solar panel manufacturing facility. This venture not only creates more job opportunities but also strengthens the region’s position as a hub for sustainable industrial development.

Damosa Land President Ricardo “Cary” Lagdameo leads the inspection of the ongoing land development at Kahi Estates in Davao City, which includes the Primary Underground Power Distribution Systems and the road network preparation. The agri-residence will be the first in Davao to implement underground cabling, eliminating the presence of overhead wires on the streets.
