Midpark Towers Wins Two Propertyguru Awards, Giving Aseana Residential Its Second Completed Condo Title

Aseana Residential Holdings Corp. has earned its second Best Completed Condo Development recognition, with MidPark Towers winning the category at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. The project also received the Best Lifestyle Condo Development award.

The recognition means both of the developer’s first two completed residential projects have won Best Completed Condo Development. Its first project, Pixel Residences, which was completed in 2020, previously received the same distinction, according to the company.

Aseana Residential is the residential arm of D.M. Wenceslao & Associates, Inc. (DMW).

Two completed projects, two category wins

MidPark Towers is a four-tower residential development within Aseana City in Parañaque. Now completed and ready for occupancy, it combines residences with shared amenities and access to the surrounding district’s offices, shops, restaurants and leisure destinations.

For Aseana Residential, the award builds on the recognition earned by Pixel Residences and adds another completed project to its residential portfolio.

The company views the two wins as milestones in its ability to carry projects from planning and design through construction and completion.

Amenities for everyday routines

Alongside its completed development award, MidPark Towers received recognition in the lifestyle condo category.

Its amenities include an in-house fitness gym, an amenity deck and a Private Lounge. These spaces give residents places to exercise, relax, dine and hold small gatherings within the development.

The surrounding neighborhood also forms part of the residential offering. Parqal, located across MidPark Towers, provides restaurants, open spaces, wellness activities and community events.

Together with other destinations in Aseana City, these facilities place a range of work, dining and leisure options near residents’ homes.

A home connected to its neighborhood

Delfin Angelo “Buds” Wenceslao, Chief Executive Officer of DMW, said residential developments increasingly need to consider the community surrounding a home.

“As the residential market becomes increasingly competitive, the definition of what makes a home also evolves, with developments being challenged to offer more than a physical place to live,” he said.

“Today, choosing a home is about more than the space you live in. It’s also about having a community around you where you can work, play, and live comfortably.”

That approach links MidPark Towers’ residential spaces and amenities with the wider mixed-use environment of Aseana City.

With Pixel Residences and MidPark Towers completed, Aseana Residential now has two projects contributing to the district’s growing residential community. The latest awards mark another step in the developer’s portfolio as it prepares for future developments.
