Rlc Starts Bridgetowne One Office Tower, Targets 2028 Completion

The 29-story development will add 51,400 square meters of leasable office space to Bridgetowne.

Robinsons Land Corp. has broken ground on Bridgetowne One, a 29-story office tower scheduled for completion in 2028.

The project will add 51,400 square meters of gross leasable area, expanding Robinsons Offices’ footprint in the Bridgetowne estate by approximately 17%. Upon completion, its office portfolio there is expected to reach around 347,000 square meters across eight developments.

Bridgetowne One will rise along John Gokongwei, Jr. Boulevard at the corner of West Drive, near C-5 and Ortigas Avenue. The broader mixed-use estate spans Quezon City and Pasig.

The tower will include 20 office floors, parking facilities, a garden deck, and a service deck. It is targeting LEED Gold certification, reflecting the developer’s planned approach to the building’s environmental performance.

RLC said qualified locators within Bridgetowne IT Park may also be eligible for Philippine Economic Zone Authority incentives, subject to applicable requirements.

For businesses considering the estate, the project will offer additional space within an established office community. For professionals, it represents another planned workplace destination along the Quezon City–Mandaluyong–Pasig corridor.

RLC President and Chief Executive Officer Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio described the development as an investment in the estate’s future and the people and organizations that will help shape it.

The groundbreaking follows leasing activity across Robinsons Offices’ portfolio, including a 9,800-square-meter, four-floor lease with KMC Solutions at GBF Center 1.

Robinsons Offices currently operates 35 office buildings across 13 cities, with more than 900,000 square meters of leasable space nationwide. The company aims to bring its portfolio within the Quezon City–Mandaluyong–Pasig corridor to nearly 1 million square meters by 2030.

With Bridgetowne One, RLC is adding capacity for future tenants while continuing the estate’s development as a place for business and employment.
