P.A. Properties Gives Homebuyers a Closer Look at Solida at Pag-IBIG Expo

The developer presented its first Solida house model mock-up, allowing prospective buyers to explore the home’s layout and features firsthand.

P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) brought a more hands-on homebuying experience to Pag-IBIG Fund’s 2nd National Housing Expo, showcasing a Solida house model mock-up for the first time.

Held on October 19–20, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center, the event gave prospective homeowners an opportunity to examine the model’s design, layout, and features beyond conventional property displays.

For families considering a home purchase, the mock-up offered a more concrete way to picture how the space could fit their everyday needs.

A firsthand look at the Solida model

P.A. Properties describes Solida through four qualities: “Matibay, Maganda, Mabilis, at Abot-kaya”—durable, beautiful, efficiently delivered, and affordable.

According to the developer, these qualities reflect its approach to creating practical, well-designed homes for Filipino families.

The exhibit allowed visitors to explore that concept firsthand. However, the release did not provide the model’s floor area, selling price, project availability, or financing terms—details prospective buyers would need to confirm when evaluating their options.

P.A. Properties reported 32 unit reservations during the two-day expo. Separately, P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, its joint venture behind the Idesia brand, recorded nine reservations.

These figures represent reservations reported by the companies, rather than completed home purchases.

Bringing the concept to the expo

Preparing the Solida mock-up required coordination across the developer’s teams, according to Architect Marwin Laro, Vice President for Planning, Design and Engineering.

“This first-time initiative challenged us to go beyond our usual processes and work together to turn the concept into reality. Seeing the mock-up come to life made all the hard work worthwhile,” Laro said.

Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, CEO and President of P.A. Properties, said the initiative formed part of the company’s efforts to improve how it serves families seeking a home.

Established in 1994 and based in San Pedro, Laguna, P.A. Properties develops low- to medium-cost housing communities. The company says it has built more than 30,000 homes.

For prospective homeowners, the Solida showcase provided a useful starting point: a chance to examine a home’s physical layout before discussing the costs and requirements of purchasing one. Interested buyers should ask the developer for model specifications, available locations, current prices, and applicable payment terms.
