Fusion CX is scaling up its presence in the Philippines by opening two new facilities in Metro Manila and Legazpi City, adding 1,111 seats to its operations and reaffirming its commitment to invest in Filipino talent and inclusive regional growth. Celebrating 15 years in the country, the global customer experience (CX) provider launched a new delivery center at 500 Shaw Boulevard in Metro Manila with 836 seats, following the opening of a 275-seat facility in Legazpi.
The expansion is part of Fusion CX’s long-term vision of transforming the Philippines into a strategic CX hub powered by next-generation technology and decentralized talent. The company now operates in Metro Manila, Legazpi, Cebu, and Silang, enabling stronger regional representation and innovation-driven service for global clients.
The new 500 Shaw facility is purpose-built with AI-driven capabilities led by Fusion CX’s digital arm, Omind. It includes an AI Solutions Command Hub offering real-time agent assistance, conversational AI, accent harmonization, and sentiment analysis. It also features multichannel zones for seamless voice, chat, email, and social media support, collaborative spaces for learning and engagement, and complete staff amenities.
“This facility sets a new benchmark for how we deliver CX,” said Kishore Saraogi, Co-founder and COO of Fusion CX. “It’s built for speed, built for people, and built to lead. These investments reflect our long-term vision and deep trust in our exceptional Filipino team.”
Fusion CX’s growing footprint in emerging cities like Legazpi reflects its focus on inclusive progress. “We believe in the long-term potential of the Philippines—not just as a delivery hub, but as a strategic growth engine for global CX,” said Pankaj Dhanuka, Co-founder and CEO.
With over 20,000 employees across 40 centers in 15 countries, Fusion CX delivers services in 25 languages for more than 190 clients globally. Its continuous investment in tech-forward, people-first infrastructure in the Philippines strengthens its role as a CX powerhouse in the Asia-Pacific region.
