CASA Creator Ecosystem Southeast Asia
CASA, or the Creators Association of Southeast Asia, officially launched in Jakarta to empower and protect creators across the region. The new platform aims to create a fair, collaborative, and sustainable creator ecosystem amid the fast growth of Southeast Asia’s digital economy.

Founded by Vero, IBV, Mantappu, and Vina Mulian, CASA connects creators, brands, and agencies under one vision: to build a future where creativity is protected and collaboration is valued. The group seeks to professionalize the creator industry and establish ethical standards for content partnerships.
“For years, creators worked alone without structure or support. CASA ensures their voices are heard by brands, platforms, and policymakers,” said Jehian Panangian Sijabat, Co-Founder of CASA and Founder of Mantappu Corp.
The CASA launch featured workshops and panels attended by Meta, TikTok, and other industry players. Sessions tackled topics such as ethical collaborations, creative monetization, and digital safety. A key highlight, “Beyond Endorsements,” explored how creators and brands can form authentic, long-term partnerships instead of short-term deals.
CASA focuses on three pillars: education, advocacy, and cross-border collaboration. It plans to introduce regional ethics guidelines and training on digital storytelling and legal protection.
“Creators are economic drivers who build public trust. CASA will be their platform for growth, education, and protection,” said co-founder Vina Muliana.
The group will expand beyond Indonesia to other Southeast Asian countries through creative forums and partnerships. “We’re starting from Indonesia, but our goal is regional unity. CASA aims to connect creators across borders and raise industry standards,” said Executive Director Astari Laksmiwati.
CASA’s formation marks a new chapter for creators in the region, one that recognizes their role as key players in Southeast Asia’s digital growth.
