B2B sales are known for long decision cycles. Multiple stakeholders must agree before finalizing big purchases. Adobe’s AI agents address this by identifying key decision-makers, predicting buying behaviors, and guiding personalized engagement.
The AI agents are powered by Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator. This system enables multi-agent collaboration and is built into applications like Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics B2B Edition. These platforms allow marketing and sales teams to personalize customer journeys at scale.
Leading companies like Cisco are already using the technology. Brett Rafuse, Cisco’s vice president of demand marketing, said Adobe’s AI agents help personalize customer experiences and accelerate deal closures.
The suite includes several purpose-built agents:
- Audience Agent analyzes data from multiple sources to identify target personas and build buying groups.
- Journey Agent simplifies customer journey creation across channels like email, web, and mobile.
- Data Insights Agent turns raw data into actionable insights through an easy conversational interface.
Two more agents are coming soon. The Account Qualification Agent will help business development teams qualify leads faster. The Brand Concierge app will deliver hyper-personalized product recommendations through text, voice, or images, supported by an AI Product Advisor.
