LIMA Tower One has set a new milestone as the Philippines’ first office building to achieve the WELL v2 Core Gold Certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This makes it the first Gold certified development under Version 2 and only the second project nationwide to earn certification.
The WELL Building Standard is a global benchmark for advancing health, comfort, and well-being in buildings. LIMA Tower One’s achievement highlights its commitment to putting people at the center of design and operations.

These dual certifications position LIMA Tower One as one of the few office projects in the country to achieve top-level accreditations for both sustainability and well-being.
