Converge Launches Bizfriend Rewards to Support Msmes Beyond Connectivity

Converge is giving Filipino MSMEs more reasons to grow with its SME Solutions group through BizFriend Rewards, a new loyalty and engagement program built around perks, experiences, and business growth opportunities.

Converge SME Solutions has launched BizFriend Rewards, a new program designed to support micro, small, and medium enterprises beyond internet connectivity.

The initiative strengthens Converge’s role as a long-term partner for Filipino entrepreneurs by offering rewards, shared experiences, and growth opportunities that help MSMEs feel more valued and connected.

The program is built on three pillars: Choice, Chill, and Circle.

BizFriend Choice gives customers access to curated perks and freebies when they renew contracts or upgrade plans.

BizFriend Chill focuses on shared experiences such as private screenings, concerts, dining activities, and seasonal events that help build stronger relationships with customers.

BizFriend Circle supports business development through workshops, seminars, trade event exposure, and digital promotions, giving MSMEs more ways to learn, connect, and grow.
