Belmont Hotel Iloilo Welcomes Guests Starting June 24

Megaworld Hotels & Resorts is expanding its presence in Western Visayas with the opening of Belmont Hotel Iloilo on June 24, 2026, adding a major new hospitality destination to Iloilo City’s growing business and leisure landscape.

Located within Iloilo Business Park, Belmont Hotel Iloilo introduces 405 rooms and suites, making it the biggest hotel in Iloilo. The new property is Megaworld’s third hotel development in the township, joining Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo.

Together, the three hotels bring the township’s total room inventory to around 880 keys, representing nearly 25 percent of Iloilo City’s hotel room supply.

Strategically located along Festive Walk Parade, the 12-story hotel places guests close to the Iloilo Convention Center, dining establishments, lifestyle destinations, and commercial areas within the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park.

The hotel offers twin, queen, and premier rooms, as well as one-bedroom suites. It also features accessible rooms for persons with special needs and themed children’s rooms, making it suitable for families, business travelers, and guests looking for value-for-money stays.

For wellness and relaxation, guests can enjoy the BFit Gym, sauna, massage rooms, lounge pool, and a dedicated prayer room.

Modern Ilonggo Dining

Food is also a major part of the Belmont Hotel Iloilo experience.

At the center of the hotel is Belmont Café, a Modern Ilonggo Diner inspired by Iloilo’s rich culinary identity and its recognition as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

The café reimagines local flavors in a bistro-style setting designed for relaxed dining, quick meals, and meaningful conversations.

Guests can also visit Zabana Bar, which features localized beverage creations using Filipino ingredients and global inspirations. For poolside refreshments, Float Bar offers drinks and light fare in a more casual setting.

Belmont Hotel Iloilo is also designed for the growing meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions market in Western Visayas.

Located near the Iloilo Convention Center, the hotel features meeting rooms for corporate functions and intimate gatherings. Its Northern Islands Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests and may be divided into smaller spaces for conferences, weddings, and celebrations.

The hotel also features a dedicated Art Space for rotating exhibits, giving guests a closer look at Iloilo’s creative identity.

To mark its opening, Belmont Hotel Iloilo is offering introductory room rates starting at ₱4,000. Each stay includes overnight accommodation with breakfast for two at Belmont Café and complimentary use of the swimming pool, BFit Gym, and other facilities.
