Smart Communications continues to strengthen its commitment to customer service with the opening and upgrading of Smart Stores in key locations across Pangasinan and East Ortigas.

In Pangasinan, Smart has refreshed its stores at SM Urdaneta and SM Dagupan, bringing enhanced services to one of the country’s growing provinces. Smart has also strengthened its presence along the Ortigas Extension through its Smart Store at SM City East Ortigas in Pasig City. According to Smart Vice President and Head of Retail Operations and Transformation Eden Techico, the new stores go beyond traditional retail functions.

The upgraded stores are part of Smart’s broader customer experience strategy, combining physical service touchpoints with digital innovations to help customers navigate their connectivity needs more efficiently.

Customers visiting the stores can expect hands-on product demonstrations, personalized assistance, and faster resolution of concerns, creating a more seamless and convenient service experience.

The retail expansion also complements the PLDT Group’s continued investments in network infrastructure. Throughout 2026, Smart has prioritized LTE and 5G network enhancements to support increasing mobile data demand and improve service reliability nationwide.
