Filipina esports athletes prepare to represent the Philippines on the international Mobile Legends stage.

NAVI PH is heading to the global stage after winning the PLDT Home-powered Athena Cup 2026, the country’s premier all-female Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament and official qualifier for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women’s Invitational this July.

The month-long Athena Cup showcased the rising talent, discipline, and teamwork of women in Philippine esports, giving female players a bigger platform to compete, be seen, and inspire the next generation of gamers.

NAVI PH’s championship run was built on consistency, chemistry, and trust.

“What sets our team apart is our discipline,” said jungler Keishi. “We have a deep level of trust in each other, and that shows in how we play.”

Roamer Meraay said the Athena Cup helped show what women can achieve in a male-dominated industry.

“We’re very thankful that we had this opportunity and exposure to showcase our potential,” she said.

For Most Valuable Player Rainn, the team’s next challenge is staying focused as they prepare for international competition.

“For us, it’s about staying focused and continuing to improve,” she said. “We take things one game at a time.”

Head coach King Salman also emphasized humility and discipline as NAVI PH prepares for MWI 2026.

“This is just the beginning — our job isn’t done yet,” he said. “We want to build on this and become even more consistent.”
