Manulife Time to MOVE Symposium unites experts to promote longevity, health, and financial independence for Filipinos
Manulife Philippines hosted its first “Time to MOVE – Manulife Longevity Symposium” at Grand Hyatt Manila, gathering more than 500 experts, partners, and advocates to explore how Filipinos can live longer and better lives.

The event marked the launch of ManulifeMOVE, a holistic health program designed to help Filipinos build healthy habits, access wellness services, and make informed lifestyle and financial choices.
According to the Manulife Asia Care Survey 2025, Filipinos are shifting their focus from living longer to living better. Younger generations now value wellness, purpose, and financial independence as key measures of longevity.
Manulife Philippines also introduced #FYP: Future-Proofing Young Pinoys, a study revealing how Millennials and Gen Zs prioritize purpose and stability over mere lifespan.
“Filipinos are redefining what it means to live better,” said Rahul Hora, President and CEO of Manulife Philippines. “We aim to equip them with the tools and confidence to live healthier and more rewarding lives.”
Key sessions covered preventive health innovations, retirement myths, and sustainable living. Experts like Dr. Jeremy Lim of AMILI, Dr. Natha Kumar of Guardant Health, and Dr. Beverly Ho of Ayala Health showcased breakthroughs in health management.
Interactive breakout sessions—Live, Flex, Breathe, and Think—helped attendees apply lessons on nutrition, fitness, and mental well-being to daily life.
Brand ambassadors Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff underscored the importance of taking small, consistent steps toward a healthier future.
The symposium also highlighted cross-sector collaboration in health, finance, and sustainability, strengthening the country’s longevity movement.
Manulife’s “Time to MOVE” initiative reaffirms the company’s commitment to empowering Filipinos to plan wisely, live meaningfully, and thrive in every life stage.
