The growing need for mental health support in the workplace is changing how companies care for employees. Jobstreet by SEEK, guided by its Future of Recruitment report, highlights how wellness and work-life balance are now top priorities for Filipino workers.

To push the conversation forward, Jobstreet by SEEK launched its new campaign, “We See You.” This digital series shares authentic stories of Filipino employees who face silent struggles but continue to find hope and strength.

Among those featured are Grace Schuke, a former school principal who overcame generalized anxiety disorder, and Manjelique Garcia, a cancer survivor diagnosed with ADHD. Both share stories of resilience, inspiring others to embrace conversations on mental health in the workplace.

The campaign goes beyond storytelling. Jobstreet by SEEK calls on employers to offer stronger mental health support, including counseling, employee assistance programs, mental health leave, and app subscriptions.

“Mental health is no longer optional, it’s critical to the future of work. The ‘We See You’ campaign is a reminder that no worker should feel alone or invisible. We see them,” said Joey Yusingco, Head of Marketing of Jobstreet by SEEK Philippines.

Episodes of the campaign can be viewed on Jobstreet’s official Facebook page. More stories of resilience and encouragement will be released in the coming weeks.
