AXA Philippines brought its advocacy of purpose-driven volunteerism to life with AXA Week for Good (AWFG) 2025, a nationwide celebration of service, solidarity, and impact.
The event mobilized 873 employees, including 544 first-time volunteers, 329 returning ones, and 22 non-full-time staff. They participated in community activities that highlighted education, wellness, and environmental stewardship.
At the Makati headquarters, employees engaged with 17 NGO partners during an NGO Fair, joined creative workshops like the “Eco-Make Lab” and “Handmade with Love,” and shared meaningful moments with children from the Payatas Orione Foundation. A podcast series amplified voices of partner organizations, inspiring participants with stories on mental health, environmental care, blood donation, and disaster resilience.
Across the country, AXA volunteers extended their reach. In Laguna, employees partnered with FEED to plant 1,250 trees in the Sierra Madre and conducted a financial literacy workshop. In Cebu and Davao, the “One Great AXA Walk” brought teams together for wellness and unity, reinforcing the spirit of collective action.
Through AWFG 2025, AXA achieved 70% of its AXA Hearts in Action volunteer target, engaging 1,128 unique volunteers so far. The program continues to demonstrate that when employees give time and effort, they create long-term impact for communities and the environment.
