Zyxel Networks MSP Solutions simplify operations, automate workflows, and create new growth opportunities
Zyxel Networks is stepping up its support for managed service providers (MSPs) with new tools designed to simplify network management, automate daily tasks, and open fresh growth opportunities. The company, known for its secure and AI-powered cloud networking solutions, unveiled new features across its Nebula Cloud Networking platform, security tools, and licensing systems.

MSPs face mounting pressure to balance multiple clients while dealing with fragmented systems and complex software. Zyxel aims to solve these issues by offering an integrated, automated approach that reduces manual work and boosts productivity.
Through the enhanced Nebula platform, MSPs can now manage all client networks under a single dashboard. The new MSP Portal provides a centralized view of all sites, organizations, and devices, improving visibility and control. MSPs can also brand dashboards to reinforce trust and professionalism.
Templates and Sync features make it easier to duplicate configurations, replicate security settings, and roll out updates across different clients in one go. With OpenAPI integration, MSPs can connect Nebula with their existing PSA and RMM tools to streamline workflows and automate processes. A built-in ticketing system lets users get priority help directly from Zyxel’s support team.
Security and flexibility take center stage with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), which gives MSPs better governance over multi-client environments. For growth, Zyxel introduces Pay-as-You-Go billing through its Circle platform, letting MSPs bill monthly based on actual usage. This makes it easier to adapt services to client budgets and project types.
The SecuReporter Cloud-Based Security Analytics platform adds centralized threat visibility and reporting, allowing MSPs to expand into managed security services.
Zyxel’s Nebula ecosystem now includes over 100 products, offering abundant cross-sell and upsell potential.
Gary Chen, SEA regional head at Zyxel Networks, said these updates were designed to help MSPs simplify operations while driving sustainable growth.
