The two-year immersive program offers participants in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, preparing them to drive real-world projects and accelerate their careers.

The Future Operations Leaders Program offers young professionals invaluable opportunities for growth and development through a combination of structured learning, mentorship programs, and leadership tracks. Participants rotate through Shopee’s various Operations sites across the Philippines, gaining first-hand experience in key operational functions. Beyond technical skills, the program focuses on cultivating leadership skills through engagement in impactful projects and personalized guidance from managers, coaches, and mentors.
