How to Register for NCSC’s Senior Citizen Database Online

The National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) has launched a digital registration system for Filipino seniors. This online system makes it easier for elderly citizens to register and be part of the national database. The goal is to improve access to benefits and programs for all senior citizens in the country.

The registration uses the Senior Citizen Data Form (SCDF), which collects important information such as personal details, health condition, education, and household profile. These data help NCSC identify the real needs of seniors and plan programs that promote their welfare.

Seniors may fill out the form themselves or ask for help from a trusted family member. Registration through the SCDF ensures inclusion in the official NCSC database. This database is the basis for cash gifts, health services, and other benefits provided to qualified seniors.

Here’s how to register online:

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to ncsc.gov.ph.
  2. Click Register Now on the homepage.
  3. Read and agree to the instructions. Tick the box and click Proceed.
  4. Fill out the Senior Citizen Data Form (SCDF) completely. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  5. Provide accurate personal information such as name, birthdate, and address.
  6. Complete optional sections on family, education, and health for a detailed profile.
  7. Attach your OSCA ID, recent photo, or other valid IDs.
  8. Create your Personal Key Number (PKN), a four-digit code for record access.
  9. Tick the certification boxes. If someone assisted you, include their name and contact number.
  10. Click Proceed to Submit.
  11. Review your information on the Data Confirmation Page.
  12. Finalize by clicking Submit. You will receive a Registration Reference Number (RRN).
  13. Verify your registration using your RRN and PKN, or by entering your full name and birthdate.

The NCSC encourages all Filipino senior citizens to complete their registration. This effort will help ensure that government services, programs, and benefits reach every elderly Filipino who needs them.
