Rising genre-bending artist rouri404 has returned with his first release in over a year, dropping “miss it” under Red Bull Records. The single blends upbeat EDM elements with pop-punk energy, creating a layered sound marked by raw vocals and glitchy, synth-heavy production.
Known for leaning into darker hyperpop tones in past projects, rouri404 shows a different side on “miss it.” The track merges trap, dubstep, hyperpop, and pop-punk influences with introspective lyrics that reflect personal growth.
“I’ve always made music from a place of pain,” rouri404 shared. “This song is me letting go of fear and allowing myself to create from a better place in life.”
Now based in Los Angeles after moving from Orlando, the artist says the change gave him time to reflect on who he is and what he wants to become. He speaks about leaving negativity behind and embracing moments he doesn’t want to miss anymore.
The track debuted live in LA last night to an energetic crowd, marking a strong return for rouri404 and signaling more music to come in 2025.
