Asialink Finance Wins Best Real Estate Financing Institution at Philippine Real Estate Awards 2026

Asialink Finance Corporation was named Best Real Estate Financing Institution at the Philippine Real Estate Awards 2026, recognizing the company’s growing presence in the real estate financing market and its continued development of financing solutions for qualified property buyers.
The recognition comes as Asialink continues to build its Real Estate Financing (REF) business following its launch in December 2025. From December 2025 to August 2026, the company recorded more than ₱27.7 million in Real Estate Financing releases, while building partnerships with property developers and other stakeholders across key markets in the Philippines.
The award recognized Asialink’s development of three core real estate financing products: Real Estate Mortgage or Sangla Titulo, Housing Unit Take-Out Financing, and Acquisition of Property financing. These offerings provide financing options for qualified borrowers seeking to acquire residential properties or access financing using titled real estate as collateral.
For property buyers, Asialink’s Real Estate Financing (REF) offering includes Acquisition of Property and Housing Unit Take-Out Financing. Under its Acquisition of Property facility, qualified borrowers can access financing of up to ₱20 million to purchase residential properties from accredited developers, with rates starting at 0.58% per month. Asialink also offers Housing Unit Take-Out Financing for qualified homebuyers purchasing properties from its accredited developer partners.
Separately, Asialink offers Real Estate Mortgage (REM) or Sangla Titulo, which allows qualified borrowers to use titled real estate as collateral for financing needs such as business purposes.
The award also recognized Asialink’s focus on financing capacity, processing speed and competitive rates as part of its approach to serving property buyers and developers.
The company’s real estate financing business is supported by a network of 17 real estate developer and industry partners nationwide. Among its more recent partnerships are Primeworld Land Holdings Inc., Eastland Property Ventures, Inc., HTLand Inc., Philippine Estates Corporation, Masaito Development Corporation, Vester Corporation, and Ferti-Acres Agricultural Inc.
The company is also expanding its presence in Cebu, with recent partnerships with Primeworld, Eastland, and HTLand to extend its real estate financing services to qualified homebuyers in the province.
“As a homegrown Cebuana, I am especially pleased that we can bring Asialink’s real estate financing solutions closer to more homebuyers in Cebu. Our partnerships with HTLand, Eastland and Primeworld allow us to work more closely with developers and provide qualified buyers with additional financing options as they work toward owning a home,” said Anna Katrina C. Bañez, President and CEO of Asialink Finance Corporation.
Asialink has also expanded its digital reach through its partnership with Lamudi Philippines. The collaboration brings together Lamudi’s property-search platform and Asialink’s real estate financing solutions, giving prospective property buyers another financing option as they explore residential properties.
AFC is also a member of the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA), strengthening its engagement with developers, brokers and other stakeholders across the Philippine real estate industry.
The company’s expansion into real estate financing builds on its established financing footprint nationwide. From 2024 to July 2026, Asialink released approximately ₱27 billion in loans and served more than 53,000 micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) borrowers. As of August 2026, the company operates more than 255 branches nationwide and employs approximately 2,632 people across its operations.
For Asialink, the recognition comes as the company continues to develop its real estate financing business through a combination of financing solutions, industry partnerships, and digital channels.
“We see an opportunity to build a stronger financing ecosystem around homebuyers and developers. As we expand our partnerships, our focus is to provide qualified borrowers with financing options that respond to their property needs while building a sustainable real estate financing business,” Bañez said.
Asialink plans to continue expanding its network of developer and property industry partners as it grows its real estate financing business. The company will continue to explore partnerships and channels that connect qualified homebuyers with financing options for their property needs.
