The Ritz Carlton Late Checkout Collection expands with new styles, kids wear, and a cinematic campaign shot in Japan.
The Ritz Carlton and Madrid based label Late Checkout return with a new chapter that brings fashion, travel, and modern luxury into one lifestyle story. The first collaboration earned global attention. The new collection expands the idea with fresh pieces for everyday comfort and family living. The release shows how the hotel brand now shapes lifestyle culture beyond its properties.

The expanded Ritz Carlton Late Checkout Collection keeps a tight palette of navy, ivory, and light blue. The colors reflect the brand’s heritage. Late Checkout keeps its playful tone by adding small twists to classic pieces. The collection now carries accessories, loungewear, kids wear, and home essentials. You see the mix in shawl collar dressing gowns inspired by tuxedos, velvet Sukajan jackets with bold embroidery, and soft cotton pajama sets. Knits with the Ritz Carlton lion bring a subtle sense of identity. Throws, umbrellas, and family pieces round out the edit for travelers who want comfort with personality.
The kids wear line brings refined polos, tees, and caps in clean cotton. The new globe motif, taken from vintage travel icons, appears across several items. It speaks to movement and exploration. The baseball caps return as a key style, staying true to the first capsule’s popularity.
The cinematic campaign brings the story to The Ritz Carlton Nikko. Actor Josh Hutcherson returns as the lead. Director Rogelio González and Little Spain use the mountains, forests, and lakes of Nikko to build a calm visual tone. Photographer Javier Ruiz captures still images that match the mood of the film. The narrative blends elegance and a quiet sense of mischief. Hutcherson helped shape the pacing and emotion of the shoot.
Chapter Two launches across 22 properties worldwide. Pop up events begin in New York, followed by Dubai, Geneva, and Abama. Each stop offers an immersive one night “Very Late Checkout” stay with live music and signature cocktails. From December to March, guests can enjoy embroidered robes, breakfast in bed, and custom suite keys across select hotels.
In Asia, the capsule arrives at The Ritz Carlton Bangkok and The Ritz Carlton Tokyo. Tokyo will also host a Late Checkout inspired afternoon tea. Guests can shop in person or online through The Ritz Carlton Boutiques.
