PSA Portal 60-Day Access to Civil Records Simplifies Transactions

PSA portal 60-day access now available for civil records

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has introduced a more convenient way to access civil registry records. Through the PSA portal, citizens can now view official documents online for 60 days without the need for an appointment.

The following certificates are available through the new service:

  • Birth certificate
  • Marriage certificate
  • Death certificate
  • Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
  • Certificate of No Death (CENODEATH)

Application fees apply for each request. Birth, marriage, and death certificates cost P130 per copy, while CENOMAR and CENODEATH requests are priced at P185. Payments can be processed at any PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) outlet without setting an appointment.

Once approved, the online copies may be accessed using an access code valid for 60 days. For those who require hard copies, the PSA CRS DocPrint Service is available during the two-month period. Each printed copy costs an additional P80.

To claim the printed document, the requesting party must present the access code and settle the fee. The documents can only be collected in person by the owner or, in cases of death, by the nearest kin.

The PSA emphasized that the service aims to make access faster and more efficient, reducing the need for in-person queues and scheduling. This initiative provides more flexibility for citizens who need their records for legal, financial, or personal requirements.
