P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin Corp., a joint venture between P.A. Alvarez Properties and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., in partnership with SMCC Philippines, Inc., held the Precast Installation for its latest residential community, Idesia San Jose del Monte, last August 16, 2025.
The ceremony highlighted the use of the Precast Japanese System, an advanced construction technology introduced by SMCC Philippines. This method allows prefabrication of structural components like walls, floors, beams, stairs, and toilets at an on-site precast plant. It ensures rapid, precise, and sustainable assembly at the project site.
Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, President and CEO of P.A. Properties, stressed that the initiative represents innovation and collaboration in community building. She noted that the milestone is both an engineering achievement and a step toward uplifting Filipino families with quality housing.
SMCC Philippines General Manager, Mr. Yoshiaki Sakaguchi, emphasized the system’s advantages. He noted that the method promotes efficiency, consistent quality, safety, and long-term durability of homes.
The installation featured four stages: panel preparation and safety checks, crane lifting and positioning, alignment and securing, and final inspection with quality assurance. The event gathered company executives, engineers, and stakeholders to witness the process.
Mr. Rei Yamasaki, representative of Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., reaffirmed the company’s commitment to excellence and its dedication to developing communities that last.
The program ended with fellowship and networking sessions, sealing the shared goal of building homes that meet high standards of quality, sustainability, and efficiency.
