Ogilvy Philippines has officially brought back its Creator Camp this 2025, continuing its mission to transform digital creators into empowered business leaders. Held at the Ogilvy Philippines headquarters in Rockwell, Makati, the full-day event gathered a dynamic group of creators across lifestyle, tech, entertainment, and advocacy spaces to deepen their knowledge beyond content creation.
Now on its second run, the Creator Camp expands its scope from its 2024 pilot, offering an even more robust curriculum designed to help influencers sharpen their skills in brand positioning, revenue planning, operations, and data-driven strategy. At the core of this initiative is a clear goal: to support creators as they evolve into entrepreneurs who can build scalable, sustainable brands.
“The creator economy is booming, but for creators and influencers to truly thrive and build lasting legacies, they need to transcend the role of content producer and embrace that of a business leader,” said Elly Puyat, CEO of Ogilvy Philippines. “Our Creator Camp is engineered to bridge that critical gap. This holistic, business-centric approach defines Ogilvy’s commitment to the creator community.”
The program included hands-on workshops and expert-led discussions focused on identifying brand stories, optimizing content through audience analytics, managing creator operations, and discovering new monetization strategies. Business leaders and consultants from Ogilvy guided participants through real-world applications of branding, performance marketing, and platform management.
Leah Huang, Managing Director for PR & Influence at Ogilvy Philippines, emphasized the agency’s ongoing support for the creator community. “We work with many talented creators, and we want to give back by sharing our knowledge to help them build an essential business skillset,” she shared. “This is our investment in helping transform them into sustainable business leaders.”
The event concluded with a forward-looking panel discussion titled “Beyond Likes & Follows: Redefining Influence, Social Commerce, and Tomorrow’s Trends.” The panel featured thought leaders such as Raffy Casas of Nestlé Philippines, Mike Garcia and Manny Gonzales of Ogilvy Philippines, Creative Director Dino Ocampo, and influence expert Jako de Leon. Their conversation tackled key topics including AI integration, commerce evolution, and the future of creator-led enterprises.
“Understanding audience analytics and identifying key trends are no longer optional for creators; they are fundamental business requirements,” said Gonzales. “This is about empowering creators with the same data-driven decision-making capabilities that power leading businesses.”
As the creator economy continues to grow and mature, the Ogilvy Creator Camp stands out as a platform that empowers influencers not only to elevate their craft but to build long-term success through strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
