NGA 911 Philippines, the country’s provider of cutting-edge emergency response technology, is now officially a member of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), aligning its services with the highest international standards in emergency communication.
As the local subsidiary of California-based Next Generation Advanced 911 (NGA 911), NGA 911 Philippines joins an elite network of public safety professionals through its NENA membership. NENA, a global non-profit that standardizes emergency service protocols across the U.S., Canada, and beyond, works hand-in-hand with the European Emergency Number Association (EENA) to ensure global efficiency, reliability, and timeliness in emergency response systems.
Recently, NGA 911 LLC and NGA 911 Philippines participated in the prestigious NENA 2025 Conference in Long Beach. The event showcased how Next Generation 911 (NG911) technology is transforming public safety through innovations such as real-time mapping, GPS tracking, and seamless communication platforms. A key highlight was Logan County’s shift to a next-gen dispatch center — a successful blueprint for coordinated, rapid, and accurate emergency responses.
In the Philippines, NGA 911 has been upgrading emergency systems in cities and municipalities including Morong (Rizal), Alaminos (Pangasinan), Cebu City, Cagayan De Oro, Mambajao (Camiguin), and Bustos (Bulacan). These areas now enjoy faster, more accurate emergency services — thanks to the NG911 platform that supports not only voice calls but also multimedia inputs like texts, photos, and videos.
With NENA membership, NGA 911 Philippines is further empowered to deliver globally benchmarked solutions. The NG911 system ensures quicker response times and better coordination by enabling emergency personnel to share data and location information in real-time — enhancing the quality of life-saving operations nationwide.
This milestone is more than a certification — it signals a nationwide leap toward a modernized 911 system in the Philippines. As more LGUs partner with NGA 911 Philippines, the country moves closer to a future where public safety is data-driven, highly responsive, and internationally aligned.
