Manulife Philippines has named Adnelle Valeza as its new Chief of Staff, Strategy, and Transformation. She now joins the company’s executive leadership team.
Valeza brings nearly 30 years of international leadership experience in transformation, technology, and distribution. She has worked with both multinational corporations and start-ups, delivering double-digit growth, leading digital transformations, and building scalable strategies for sales and operations.
Most recently, she spearheaded business strategy and transformation at a Philippine-based life insurer, focusing on expanding non-Bancassurance channels and driving digital transformation. Before that, she held senior executive roles at a multinational insurer where she managed regional M&A projects and digital strategy across Southeast Asia.

In her new role, Valeza will oversee alignment across key business initiatives to boost operational efficiency. Her leadership will support Manulife Philippines’ strategy for sustainable growth and digital customer leadership.
