Singapore-based R&B soul-pop artist lullaboy is making history as the first Singaporean performer at Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025. The festival happens on August 24, with headliners Alicia Keys, 21 Savage, Camila Cabello and Black Eyed Peas.
lullaboy, also known as Bernard Dinata, will represent Singapore and Indonesia in front of a global audience.
He joins the festival just as he drops his new single, i don’t like u (but i love u). The track is the fifth release from his upcoming third album, hotels & heartbreaks. It tackles the tension between love and compatibility.
The single was inspired by a real conversation. Someone close to lullaboy said: “I loved her, but I didn’t like her.” That sparked the track’s core question: “If you don’t like the person you love, will it last?”
This follows a major year for the artist. In 2024, he closed all six nights of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour and performed at the first Waterbomb SG.
With over 100 million streams and fans across the US, Singapore, and Indonesia, lullaboy continues to build his audience through heartfelt music.
i don’t like u (but i love u) is now available on all major streaming platforms.
