InLife sustainability awards celebrate employee growth and community empowerment
Insular Life (InLife), the country’s first and largest Filipino life insurance company, has earned recognition for its strong sustainability efforts. The company won two awards at the ESGBusiness Awards 2025 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

InLife received top honors in the Job Creation and Economic Resilience Award category. Its employee-focused program, which supports career growth and well-being, won under the Reward and Recognition Award – Philippines subcategory. Meanwhile, the InLife Foundation’s Gold Eagle College Scholarship and Skills Training Programs earned the Economic Empowerment Award – Philippines subcategory.

InLife Chief Sustainability Officer Noel Andres M. Perdigon said these achievements reflect the company’s mission to serve Filipinos with integrity and care. “Our employee and community programs attest to our mission of leading Filipinos to ‘A Lifetime for Good.’ As we celebrate 115 years of service, these awards will inspire us to continue doing good for our employees and communities,” he said.
The ESGBusiness Awards recognizes organizations across Asia that show excellence in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Winners are chosen based on their efforts toward sustainable growth and positive social impact.
