Dorchester Collection’s Hôtel Plaza Athénée will welcome three-Michelin-starred Enrico Bartolini al Mudec for a one-night-only culinary collaboration on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
The evening is part of Momentum, an international initiative by Les Grandes Tables du Monde that pairs member restaurants for unique, cross-border gastronomic events. This collaboration creates a culinary dialogue between two distinct European regions and two contemporary visions of haute cuisine.
The chefs of Hôtel Plaza Athénée will join forces with al Mudec’s Enrico Bartolini — the most Michelin-starred chef in Italy with 14 stars to his name — and Davide Boglioli, executive chef. Together, they have curated a seven-course menu designed to showcase the intersection of French tradition and Italian influence.
The menu features interpretations from both establishments including dishes such as beetroot risotto with “Evolution” gorgonzola sauce and sea bass à la Dieppoise.
