Home Credit Philippines (HCPH) secured three major honors at the 2025 HR Excellence Awards held on August 7 at the Grand Hyatt Manila, BGC, Taguig City. The company earned recognition for its initiatives in HR digitalization and talent development, further cementing its status as a leader in people-focused transformation.
HCPH received Silver in Excellence in In-house Talent Pipeline Strategy, Silver in Excellence in the Use of HR Tech, and Bronze in Excellence in Digital Transformation.
The In-house Talent Pipeline Strategy award highlighted programs such as the Leadership Development Center, targeted training tracks, and the Internal Application Program. These initiatives ensure early identification of high-potential employees and create opportunities for both vertical and lateral growth, preparing them for leadership roles.
HC Connect, the company’s flagship HR platform, was honored in both HR Tech and Digital Transformation categories. The platform integrates AI-powered recommendations, gamified learning, and real-time dashboards to reimagine employee engagement, learning, and performance reviews.
