New travel perks cover rides, experiences, and Filipino-made finds for inbound visitors.

Globe Prepaid has added GrabCar, KKday, and Kultura discounts to its Traveler SIM, combining mobile connectivity with offers for tourists visiting the Philippines.

The benefits cover three common travel expenses: getting around, booking activities, and shopping for souvenirs. Globe announced the expanded perks on October 26, 2026.

The Travel Discounts

  • Partner: GrabCar; Announced offer: 50% off, capped at ₱150; Minimum spend: ₱300 fare
  • Partner: KKday; Announced offer: ₱150 off, valid sitewide; Minimum spend: ₱1,000
  • Partner: Kultura; Announced offer: ₱300 off at selected stores; Minimum spend: ₱3,000

The GrabCar offer applies nationwide, giving eligible visitors a discount on trips between airports, accommodations, and other destinations.

KKday’s offer covers bookings through its platform, including tours and activities. Kultura’s discount applies at selected stores, where visitors can shop for local crafts, keepsakes, and Filipino-made products.

Travelers should check each voucher’s redemption instructions, validity, and participating locations before use.

Connectivity Before and After Arrival

The Traveler SIM is available in physical SIM and eSIM formats.

Visitors can purchase an eSIM through the GlobeOne app before arriving, while physical SIMs are available at airport booths.

Available data allocations include 20GB, 30GB, 80GB, and 120GB.

The supplied announcement lists a package starting at ₱500, with 20GB of data, unlimited calls and texts, and 15-day validity. An ₱1,750 eSIM option includes 80GB of data and 30-day validity.

For visitors choosing a package, the useful comparison is the amount of data and validity needed for their stay. The partner discounts provide additional value when the planned purchase meets the offer’s conditions.
