The 917 GDay 10th year anniversary celebration took a heartwarming turn as Globe launched its first-ever GDay Family Day, transforming the newly renovated Museo Pambata into a joyful space where childhood memories met new beginnings. For millennial parents, the museum, once a beloved field trip destination, became the stage for a full-circle moment, as they introduced their children to the same halls they once explored, now paired with a Disney+ film marathon of timeless favorites.

Globe mobile customers with Globe At Home accounts, along with their family and loved ones, were treated to a curated experience with exclusive bonding moments and immersive activities designed to spark wonder across generations. From Philippine Biodome + Ocean Park tickets to Hotel H2O stays, Ayala Cinema vouchers, and Disney On Ice: Magic in the Stars passes, the day was filled with memory-making opportunities that families will cherish for years. Parents and children aged 7–14 engaged with Khan Academy Philippines, Globe’s Digital Thumbprint Program, and the Safe Spaces book initiative, gaining valuable insights on digital safety, cybersecurity, data privacy, and internet ethics. These sessions were part of Globe’s commitment to nurturing responsible digital citizens and empowering families with tools for safer online experiences.
Driven by its purpose and mission, Globe extended the GDay Family Day experience to children from underserved communities through a meaningful partnership with Project PEARLS. Accompanied by their parents, guardians, and organization representatives, the children enjoyed a day filled with wonder and discovery, including a guided tour of the museum, movie marathon, face painting, and other engaging activities. This initiative reflects Globe’s ongoing commitment to inclusive, community-centered experiences that bring joy, learning, and connection to Filipino families.
