Devin Kennedy returns with his latest project, the EP ‘Blue Skies’, led by the heartfelt single “All Because I Love Someone.” The Los Angeles-born singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist continues to deliver his signature blend of pop, alternative, and R&B while sharing stories rooted in real-life moments.
“Blue Skies is about slowing down enough to notice the good stuff,” Kennedy explains. “The quiet moments, the people you love, the beauty in everyday.”
The EP’s focus track, “All Because I Love Someone,” captures the feeling of vulnerability and trust that comes with genuine love. Kennedy describes it as “that moment when love makes you soften, trust, and do things you never thought you would.”
The release follows his earlier singles “I Don’t Want to Move On,” “Ahead of Myself,” and “Everywhere All the Time,” which gained traction on New Music Friday playlists and radio stations across Southeast Asia. Kennedy’s growing popularity in the region is reflected in his streaming numbers, with the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, and Malaysia among his top 10 markets.
2023 marked a breakout year for Kennedy with the release of his debut album ‘California Rain,’ a North American tour, and a collaboration with R&B star Pink Sweat$ on “Forget About You.” His music has also soundtracked viral social media moments for Charli D’Amelio, LeBron James, NFL, and Toyota.
