Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI), the leading homegrown real estate developer in Mindanao, was named Best Boutique Developer at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held on August 15 at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. The recognition highlights the company’s commitment to sustainability, purposeful design, and community-led growth.
The Mindanao-based developer bagged awards across six major categories. Among its standout projects is Kahi Estates in Davao, which won Best Subdivision Development and Best Biophilic Landscape Design. Kahi Estates integrates over 100 trees, vegetable plots in each lot, and eco-friendly systems that promote wellness and sustainability in everyday living.
Agriya Gardens in Panabo City also earned two significant wins, claiming Best Housing Development (Metro Davao) and the national title of Best Housing Development (Philippines). Designed with California Mission-style architecture, the subdivision features eco-friendly systems like permeable pavers, solar-powered streetlights, and a one-kilometer linear park.
Meanwhile, Bridgeport Park in Samal was awarded Best Waterfront Condominium Development, setting a new benchmark for luxury waterfront living. Anflo Industrial Estate, Mindanao’s premier agro-industrial hub, also received a Highly Commended recognition for Best Industrial Development.
“These awards are a celebration of our vision to create future-ready communities where sustainability is not a feature but a foundation,” said Ricardo “Cary” Lagdameo, President of Damosa Land. “We dedicate this recognition to our partners, stakeholders, and the communities who continue to inspire us to build better across Mindanao.”
With over two decades of experience, Damosa Land continues to prove that regional vision can set national standards. By embedding sustainability and cultural identity into its projects, the company is shaping future-ready communities that strengthen both local and national real estate.
