Conduent Incorporated is reinforcing its investment in the Philippines with the opening of a new 9,200-square-meter facility at LIMA Tower One within the LIMA Estate in Lipa-Malvar, Batangas. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth in Southeast Asia.
By the end of 2025, approximately 325 employees will be onboarded at the new site to support customer experience management (CXM) services for a major U.S. healthcare client. Conduent’s CXM solutions are designed to enhance service delivery, improve client satisfaction, and streamline operations—especially in high-impact sectors like healthcare.
“Our Lipa-Malvar facility is a strategic addition that allows us to tap into a vibrant talent pool,” said Kathy Gutierrez, Country Leader, Conduent Philippines. “With a strong academic presence and modern infrastructure in the area, we’re confident this expansion will strengthen our service capabilities.”
The Lipa-Malvar facility will work in tandem with Conduent’s existing operations in Manila and Cebu, where nearly 8,000 employees currently support global business process clients. The company is actively recruiting for healthcare customer experience associates and other key roles such as team leaders, trainers, QA analysts, and operations managers.
