Each stop offers a unique take on the classic drink. Café Mangrove opens the experience with a Pistachio Negroni, blending the sweetness of Sicilian pistachios. Trattoria e Dolci presents the Viva Bologna Negroni with parmesan vermouth. Yakumi highlights Sanremo with a floral Fiore Negroni, while Dragon Bar offers a Neapolitan-inspired Caffe Negroni.
Pool Café refreshes with the Limone Negroni, made with zesty Sorrento lemons. At Finestra, guests enjoy savory Roman flavors with the Roma Italia Negroni, finished with parmesan foam and pancetta. The tour concludes at Skybar with a choice of Perugia’s chocolate-inspired Cioccolato Negroni or Venice’s dessert-inspired Tiramisu Negroni.
Negroni cocktails start at Php 500++ per glass. A special passport guides guests through seven bars, making it a journey across Italian flavors.
