Blue Bottle Coffee Expands in Singapore with Paragon Flagship and Plans for 10 More Cafes by 2027

Blue Bottle Coffee, in partnership with leading lifestyle retailer Valiram, has unveiled its latest cafe at Paragon, setting a new benchmark for coffee experiences in Singapore. The new outlet, located in the heart of Orchard Road’s premier luxury mall, offers both indoor and alfresco dining—marking a first for Blue Bottle in Southeast Asia.

Building on the warm reception of its debut at LUMINE Singapore, Blue Bottle’s Paragon cafe aims to become a haven for both coffee enthusiasts and casual sippers. With 70 seats spread across 980 square feet, the space invites guests to relax with espresso-based drinks, cold brews, and pour-over selections while enjoying the refined interiors of stainless steel, oak wood, and terracotta-toned plaster.

In a nod to local tastes and the region’s coffee culture, Blue Bottle has introduced two freshly made food offerings exclusive to this outlet: the crispy, caramelised Liège Waffle (S$8.50) and the refreshing Yogurt Bowl (S$12), both designed to enhance the coffee-drinking ritual.

Beyond beverages and bites, the brand is also introducing exclusive merchandise: the Embroidered Blue Bottle Tote (S$50), created in collaboration with Japanese design house Ball & Chain. During launch weeks (17–20 July and 25–27 July), guests can personalise their totes with illustrations by celebrated Singaporean artist Joy Ho, adding a local creative touch to the experience.

“We’re proud to open our second cafe in Singapore with the continued support of Valiram,” said Kester Whitaker, Chief Growth Officer and Head of Asia at Blue Bottle Coffee. “Together, we’re creating spaces that invite guests to slow down and enjoy beautiful coffee moments.”

Echoing this sentiment, Mukesh Valiram, Executive Director of Valiram, shared, “Opening in Paragon reflects our shared dedication to delivering moments defined by intentionality and discovery for coffee lovers in Singapore and beyond.”

With plans to open at least 10 more cafes in Singapore by 2027, Blue Bottle and Valiram are brewing a bigger presence across the region, strengthening community connections through thoughtful design, hospitality, and the shared joy of a well-crafted cup of coffee.
