The upgraded program expands warranty coverage and after-sales support across eligible ASUS and ROG devices, reinforcing the company’s commitment to long-term product reliability and customer care.
As laptops become increasingly essential for research, content creation, collaboration, and hybrid learning, ASUS is positioning its enhanced support services as a key advantage for consumers seeking dependable devices for school and everyday use.
Longer Warranty Coverage for Eligible Devices
Under the enhanced program, selected flagship ASUS models now include expanded warranty coverage.
Eligible ASUS ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops will now come with a three-year international and local warranty. ASUS and ROG desktop computers, as well as ASUS All-in-One PCs, will continue to receive a three-year local warranty.
Meanwhile, Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally handheld gaming devices will retain their two-year international and local warranty coverage.
Eligible ASUS and ROG portable devices also continue to benefit from one year of Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP), also known as ASUS Perfect Warranty, which covers accidental damage not typically included under standard manufacturer warranties.
More Free Preventive Maintenance Services
ASUS is also expanding its preventive maintenance offering.
Customers with eligible ASUS and ROG laptops, desktops, All-in-One PCs, and handheld devices can now receive up to six complimentary device cleaning and preventive maintenance services throughout the warranty period.
Up to two service claims can be redeemed annually at participating ASUS service centers.
The preventive maintenance program is designed to help maintain device performance, prolong hardware lifespan, and reduce issues caused by dust buildup and regular wear.
Extended Replacement Period
To further improve the ownership experience, ASUS has extended its replacement window from seven days to fourteen days.
The extended replacement period gives customers additional time to address eligible product concerns shortly after purchase, providing added peace of mind.
Expanded On-Site Service Support
ASUS is also enhancing convenience through expanded on-site support.
Owners of eligible flagship models including ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops can now access local on-site service support, reducing the need to bring devices to service centers.
ASUS and ROG desktop and All-in-One users will continue to enjoy existing on-site service benefits.
