Tech Week Singapore 2026: Government and Tech Leaders Explore the Next Frontier of Technology and Infrastructure

CloserStill Media, a global producer of market-leading events, has unveiled the full list of attendees and programme highlights for Tech Week Singapore 2026, returning to Sands Expo & Convention Centre on 29–30 September 2026. 

Themed “The Infrastructure Era”, the award-winning event will explore the foundational infrastructures powering AI, quantum and emerging technologies, positioning Tech Week Singapore as Asia’s platform for industry-defining conversations. Over 600 regional and international speakers from organisations and government bodies including Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, Horizon Quantum, INTERPOL, National Assembly of Serbia, UNICEF and more will be speaking at the event. 

Guest of Honour Highlights

Mr Tan Kiat How, Senior Minister of State for Digital Development and Information, will be the Guest of Honour (GOH), alongside senior diplomatic members and ambassadors from top embassies, chambers of commerce and key associations.

The opening ceremony will feature an opening address by the GOH, followed by a Minister’s Tour showcasing the most innovative companies and technologies across Tech Week Singapore’s co-located shows. 

• This will be followed by an Ambassador’s Tour featuring a Live Vehicle Cyber Hackathon demonstrating the cybersecurity risks facing connected vehicles, alongside a visit to one of Tech Week Singapore’s international pavilions.
• These tours go beyond guided visits, offering  prestige networking experiences for the GOH, VIPs, industry leaders and policymakers while highlighting Singapore as a hub for innovation and cross-border collaboration.

Launch of Data Centre World Tokyo 2027 

Data Centre World Tokyo 2027 will be officially unveiled at Tech Night 2026, the event’s flagship networking event that will take place on the opening day (Refer to Annex A).

At a pivotal time for the technology landscape, organisations across Asia are strengthening their digital infrastructure and cross-border partnerships to keep pace with rapidly emerging technologies.

Following the launch of Tech Week Shanghai 2026, the unveiling of Data Centre World Tokyo 2027 highlights Tech Week’s growing regional footprint across Asia. The launch mechanism will involve a short live drumming performance and a ceremonial sake barrel-breaking to mark the official launch of Data Centre World Tokyo 2027.

Beyond the launch, Tech Night 2026 also provides an exclusive platform for C-suite executives, policymakers, investors and technology leaders to exchange insights and trailblaze the future of digital transformation in Asia.

Co-Located Shows: Reimagined to Showcase Industry Innovation

To deliver unique perspectives from a wide array of industry leaders, Tech Week Singapore 2026 features a line-up of co-located shows, including Cloud & AI Infrastructure Asia, DevOps Live, Cyber Security World Asia, Big Data & AI World Asia and Data Centre World Asia.  

The Open Compute Project (OCP), a global community of engineers and technology leaders working to design and deploy the most efficient, scalable and sustainable infrastructure solutions for the world’s largest data environments, will also host OCP Southeast Asia Tech Day at Data Centre World Asia for the first time. Themed “Architecting Inference: The OCP Path from Token Demand to Data Centre Design”, the programme will dive deep into the infrastructure that will power Southeast Asia’s AI inference workloads through 2030 – built from the top down and grounded in open compute principles. Speakers from Meta, Google, Micron, NVIDIA and more will be present.

This year, we are excited to host OCP Southeast Asia Tech Day at Data Centre World Asia to bring together tech giants and explore how open hardware, collaborative engineering and next-generation infrastructure design can support the rapid expansion of AI and digital infrastructure across Asia.”

Ahead of the main event, Data Centre World Asia will also host an Exclusive STDCT Tour @ NUS, giving senior decision-makers and technical leaders a first-hand look at how next-generation technologies are being tested, validated and benchmarked in a live tropical operating environment to support more sustainable data centre operations (Refer to Annex A).

A Live Vehicle Cyber Hackathon will take place at Cyber Security World Asia across both days. In a controlled and authorised environment, participants will identify and test potential vulnerabilities in designated connected-vehicle systems, demonstrating how ethical hacking can identify security weaknesses early and contribute to the development of more secure, connected technologies (Refer to Annex A).

Tech Week Singapore 2026 will expand across 4 floors of Marina Bay Sands, reflecting continued growth across the event in conference content, partnerships, networking and experiential features.

Data Centre World Asia alone will occupy 3 floors in 2026, an increase from the 1.5 floors in 2025, demonstrating the scale of growth in the data centre and digital infrastructure community. This year, 11 pavilions representing 7 countries will be featured, up from 9 pavilions last year, creating more opportunities for technology companies to showcase their innovations and connect with international markets (Refer to Annex B).

The event is also expected to host up to 15 dedicated luncheons across its two-day programme, reflecting growing demand for more high-value networking opportunities alongside the event’s exhibitions and conference agenda. Bringing together distinct groups from across the Tech Week Singapore community, the luncheons will provide more intimate settings for senior leaders, industry peers, partners and invited guests to exchange ideas. The expanded programme forms part of the event’s investment in networking and hospitality, creating more opportunities for attendees to connect beyond the show floor.

Tech Week Singapore 2026 is expected to attract over 30,000 senior IT leaders and decision-makers,  with more than 600 regional and international speakers participating.
