Asialink JRPDC Partnership Philippines strengthens access to affordable housing and financing options for Filipino homebuyers.

Asialink Finance Corporation (AFC) and J. Reuel Properties and Development Corporation (JRPDC) have entered a strategic partnership to widen access to affordable property ownership in the Philippines. The collaboration focuses on offering flexible financing solutions for homebuyers and small business owners across the country.

The agreement was signed at Asialink’s head office in Pasig City. The ceremony was attended by Samuel Cariño, President and CEO of Asialink Finance Corporation, and Jhovy Kapa Punzalan, President and CEO of JRPDC. They were joined by senior executives from both companies, marking the beginning of a shared effort to strengthen homeownership opportunities for Filipinos.

Asialink will provide streamlined real estate financing programs designed to support buyers of JRPDC residential and commercial projects. Through these initiatives, clients can enjoy faster loan approval, simplified documentation, and flexible repayment terms that address different financial capacities.

By October 2025, Asialink had already financed over 214 clients under its real estate lending portfolio. The company now aims to reach 1,252 clients by next year through its partnership with JRPDC. The effort aligns with the national goal to promote affordable housing and economic inclusivity for Filipino families and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

“Our partnership with JRPDC reinforces our mission to make financing and homeownership more accessible to Filipinos,” said Cariño. “By offering transparent, flexible, and fast loan services, we enable families and entrepreneurs to grow and secure their future.”

The collaboration also supports local economic activity by helping first-time homebuyers access financing while encouraging developers to continue investing in housing projects nationwide. JRPDC’s ongoing developments are expected to complement government-led housing programs and help address the country’s growing housing demand.
