Teleperformance (TP) has teamed up with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to make voter registration more accessible through the Special Register Anywhere Program (SRAP). The initiative, held at TP Aura, processed hundreds of registrations for TP employees and their families in preparation for the December 2025 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Elections.

The program targets individuals with limited time or mobility, including those working round-the-clock schedules. By bringing satellite registration activities to workplaces and institutions, SRAP aims to increase participation in the electoral process.

COMELEC Chairman George Erwin M. Garcia led the COMELEC delegation, joined by Commissioners Maria Norina Tangaro-Casingal and Nelson Celis, COMELEC officials, and representatives from the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV).

TP, recognized as one of the most preferred employers in the IT-BPM industry with its eighth consecutive Great Place to Work® certification, reinforced its people-first culture through this partnership.

“This partnership with COMELEC is aligned with our people-first culture at TP. We are proud to provide opportunities that go beyond the workplace, enabling our employees and their families to take part in civic activities that truly matter,” said Jeffrey Johnson, TP’s Chief People Officer in the Philippines.

Vice President of Human Resources Rachel Cacabelos added, “May this initiative strengthen our democratic institutions and encourage a new generation of voters to be active stakeholders in our nation’s future.”
