According to the retailer, customers traveled from Laguna, Pampanga and other nearby areas to take part in the event. The gathering counted down to 12:01 a.m. on October 16, which Robinsons Appliances identified as the smartphone’s official Philippine availability.

For customers who had already secured their orders, the launch turned the arrival of their new phones into a shared occasion with fellow Apple enthusiasts.

A shared experience for customers upgrading their phones
