Jackery Expands Explorer Series with Portable Power Options for Filipino Homes, Work and Travel

The new Jackery Explorer 300D, Explorer 500 V2, and Explorer 2000 V2 offer different levels of portable backup power, from everyday mobile use to full-day household support.

Portable power is becoming more relevant for Filipino households, remote workers, content creators, and travelers who want to stay connected when electricity becomes unreliable.

Jackery is expanding its Explorer Series in the Philippines with three additional portable power stations—the Jackery Explorer 300D, Explorer 500 V2, and Explorer 2000 V2—giving users more options depending on how much power and portability they need.

The new models join the Explorer 100 Plus, 300 Plus, and 1000 V2 introduced earlier this year, extending Jackery’s portable energy lineup from compact everyday charging to heavier household backup.

Jackery Explorer 300D: Portable power for life on the move

For people who need power without carrying a large unit, the Jackery Explorer 300D is positioned as the most portable of the three additions.

The unit weighs 2.5 kilograms and has a 288Wh battery capacity with up to 300W total DC output. Jackery says it is 64% smaller than standard 300Wh units in the market, allowing it to fit more easily inside a backpack.

Its size makes it particularly suited for remote workers, content creators, and outdoor users who rely on laptops, smartphones, cameras, drones, and other mobile devices.

According to Jackery, the Explorer 300D can charge a Type-C fast-charging laptop around three to four times, recharge smartphones up to 22 times, and charge drone batteries around four to five times.

A key difference is its DC-only design, which is intended to reduce idle power loss when charging digital devices. Its removable shoulder strap also doubles as a 140W USB-C charging cable, reducing the number of accessories users need to carry.

Explorer 500 V2 brings backup power to remote work

Sitting between the ultra-portable 300D and the larger household-oriented model is the Jackery Explorer 500 V2.

It has a 512Wh capacity and a 500W maximum output, packed into a body Jackery says is 29% smaller than its predecessor. The unit weighs 5.7 kilograms.

One of its more practical features for people working from home is its Uninterruptible Power Supply capability, with a switchover time of under 10 milliseconds.

That allows connected equipment such as a Wi-Fi router and laptop to continue operating when grid power suddenly fails.

The Explorer 500 V2 also has a fold-down handle for easier carrying and storage. Jackery says it can power devices around the home, including a desk fan for approximately 8.5 hours.

Explorer 2000 V2 tackles heavier household needs

For households requiring considerably more backup capacity, the Jackery Explorer 2000 V2 moves into a different class.

It comes with a 2,042Wh capacity and a 2,200W inverter while weighing 17.9 kilograms. Jackery says the model is 41% lighter and 34% smaller than standard generators in the 2kWh category.

Its higher capacity means it can support appliances that smaller portable power stations cannot run for extended periods.

Jackery estimates that the Explorer 2000 V2 can continuously operate a standard inverter refrigerator for up to 14 hours, a 1.0 HP inverter air conditioner for up to 3.5 hours, or multiple electric fans for up to 28 hours.

It can also support appliances such as rice cookers and microwave ovens.

The model uses an EV-grade LiFePO4 battery, which Jackery says is engineered for more than 10 years of daily use.

The product photography supplied on page 2 places the Explorer 2000 V2 in a home emergency-lighting setup, emphasizing its role as the most capable household backup option in the new lineup.

Different power needs, different Explorer models

The three additions make Jackery’s Explorer lineup easier to understand according to use case.

The Explorer 300D focuses on portability and mobile electronics. The Explorer 500 V2 provides additional capacity for remote work and everyday household equipment. The Explorer 2000 V2 is designed for appliances and longer emergency backup.

That range matters because portable power is not a one-size-fits-all purchase. A content creator carrying equipment outdoors has very different requirements from a household trying to keep a refrigerator running during an extended outage.

Jackery says the expanded Explorer lineup is available through its Shopee and Lazada stores, the official Jackery kiosk at SM Fairview, and participating partner stores.

For Filipino users, the biggest takeaway is choice: portable backup power can now be matched more closely to how—and where—it will actually be used.
