From Minions & Monsters to Spider-Man: Brand New Day, July 2026 gives moviegoers a wide mix of big-screen stories.

Moviegoers have a packed cinema month ahead as four major titles arrive in Philippine cinemas from late June through July 2026.

The lineup opens with the animated chaos of Minions & Monsters, followed by the horror sequel Evil Dead Burn, Christopher Nolan’s mythic epic The Odyssey, and the next Tom Holland-led Spider-Man film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Illumination returns with Minions & Monsters, a new chapter directed by Pierre Coffin, who has been closely associated with the Minions franchise as both director and voice performer. The official movie site describes the film as the story of how the Minions conquered Hollywood, became movie stars, lost everything, unleashed monsters, and tried to save the planet from the mayhem they created.

The voice cast includes Allison Janney, Christoph Waltz, Jeff Bridges, Jesse Eisenberg, Zoey Deutch, Bobby Moynihan, Phil LaMarr, Trey Parker, and Pierre Coffin.

Evil Dead Burn

Horror fans can look forward to Evil Dead Burn, directed by Sébastien Vaniček. Columbia Pictures Philippines has promoted the film for a July 8 cinema opening in the Philippines.

The film follows a woman who seeks comfort with her in-laws after the loss of her husband, only for the family gathering to turn into a terrifying encounter with Deadites. The cast includes Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Errol Shand, Maude Davey, George Pullar, and Greta Van Den Brink.

The Odyssey

Christopher Nolan brings Homer’s legendary tale to the big screen with The Odyssey, starring Matt Damon as Odysseus. The film follows the Greek king’s long journey home after the Trojan War.

The cast also includes Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya, and Charlize Theron. Universal’s official movie site describes the film as a Christopher Nolan project shot entirely with IMAX film cameras, while Philippine entertainment listings note its July 15 local cinema release, including IMAX.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day

Spider-Man: Brand New Day brings Tom Holland back as Peter Parker in a world that no longer remembers who he is. Marvel’s official overview says Peter is now alone, fighting crime in New York as a full-time Spider-Man while facing a physical evolution that threatens his existence.

The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo. Columbia Pictures Philippines has promoted the film for a July 29 Philippine cinema opening.
