Zyxel Networks has equipped Shingda Group with its Nebula cloud management platform to improve network operations across remote construction sites and offices in Singapore.
Shingda Group needed a solution to handle limited on-site IT resources. Zyxel deployed a hub-and-spoke VPN architecture linking construction sites to headquarters through Nebula. The setup integrates GS1920 Series smart managed switches with PoE, WiFi 6 access points like the WAX510D, and ATP Series next-generation firewalls. Branch security devices such as the ATP200, SCR50AXE, and USG20-VPN were also included. All components are centrally managed, giving the IT team full visibility and automatic topology mapping.
The shift to centralized management has increased efficiency by 60 percent. The IT team no longer tracks IP addresses or credentials on spreadsheets. Troubleshooting and configuration are now completed up to 70 percent faster. Unified logins, improved user access control, and reliable WiFi coverage ensure smooth connectivity across sites.
