The launch comes less than a month after VinFast introduced the same lineup in Indonesia, highlighting the company’s rapid regional growth strategy.
Early Booking Incentives Available
From June 10 to July 18, customers can place reservations through VinFast dealerships nationwide or via the company’s official website.
Interested buyers only need a non-refundable booking fee of PHP 3,000 and will receive incentives worth PHP 5,600 during the early booking period.
The first customer deliveries are expected to begin in July 2026.
Flexible Ownership Options
One of the key features of VinFast’s electric motorcycle lineup is its flexible ownership model.
Customers can either subscribe to batteries through a battery-swapping program or purchase motorcycles with batteries included.
The VinFast Evo starts at PHP 70,000 with battery subscription, while the VinFast Feliz II starts at PHP 72,400 and the VinFast Viper starts at PHP 81,900 under the same model.
For riders who prefer full ownership, battery-inclusive packages are also available.
Designed for Different Riders
VinFast developed the three models to address a variety of mobility needs.
The VinFast Viper targets younger riders seeking sporty styling and advanced technology. It comes equipped with a TFT display, projector headlights, smart key functionality, remote tracking capabilities, and premium suspension features.
Meanwhile, the VinFast Evo and VinFast Feliz II focus on practical daily commuting with efficient operation, affordability, and urban-friendly performance.
All three models use a 5,200W BLDC in-wheel motor. The Viper and Feliz II can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h, while the Evo offers a top speed of 80 km/h.
Battery Swapping and Home Charging
Each motorcycle features dual battery compartments capable of accommodating two 1.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries.
With two fully charged batteries, riders can travel up to 150 kilometers under standard riding conditions.
Customers choosing the subscription model will pay PHP 439 per battery per month, while battery swapping costs PHP 35 per battery per swap.
For added convenience, users can also charge batteries at home.
To support its ecosystem, VinFast is working with global charging infrastructure company V-Green to deploy battery-swapping stations throughout the Philippines.
Expanding Green Mobility in Southeast Asia
According to VinFast, the Philippines is one of five priority international markets for its electric two-wheeler business this year, alongside Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia.
The company continues to develop a broader green mobility ecosystem that includes electric vehicles, electric buses, e-bikes, charging infrastructure, and battery-swapping solutions.
“The Philippines is one of the key markets in VinFast’s international electric two-wheeler expansion strategy,” said Vo Thi Cam Tu, Managing Director of VinFast E-motorcycles Overseas Market.
Why It Matters
As fuel prices remain volatile and demand for sustainable transportation grows, VinFast’s battery-swapping electric motorcycles provide Filipino consumers with an alternative mobility solution that combines affordability, convenience, and lower operating costs.
The launch also signals increasing competition and innovation within the country’s emerging electric mobility sector.
