Morgan celebrates her heritage with “One Man” and delivers fierce vibes with “Bad Gyal Energy”
Pop and R&B star Morgan is back with a fiery double release via Red Bull Records. She leads with the hard-hitting track “One Man” featuring GRAMMY-winning dancehall legend Beenie Man, alongside the unapologetic anthem “Bad Gyal Energy”.

The release marks Morgan’s boldest chapter yet. “One Man” is her first collaboration with Beenie Man, built on a fresh spin of his 2004 hit “Dude”. Tapping into her half-Jamaican heritage, Morgan blends dancehall, pop and R&B into a fearless statement of identity. Shot in Jamaica, the official video captures both artists’ dynamic energy.
Morgan explains, “One Man is inspired by my Jamaican roots. It doesn’t have to fit in a box; it represents me and my culture. To sample an iconic song and then have Beenie Man jump on my version is legendary. It’s a pinch me moment.”
“Bad Gyal Energy” brings a different flavor, pulling straight from underground Jamaican dancehall culture. The track carries fierce dancefloor energy with added personal meaning. “My dad was an MC and producer back in the day, and he worked on sound systems. Having him involved in this track makes it extra special,” Morgan shares.
This double release follows a breakout year for the 23-year-old artist. After dropping her first EP Emotional Gangster in October 2024, Morgan returned in April 2025 with “My My My”, a sun-drenched R&B-pop anthem that proved her versatility and cemented her as a force in UK music.
With over 100 million combined streams, global touring experience with Rudimental, and collaborations with top artists across genres, Morgan continues to push her artistry forward. From viral hits like “ADCT” to sold-out headline shows in London, her career is on a steady rise.
Morgan is now stepping into her own lane, balancing grit, attitude, and vulnerability across tracks that resonate from clubs to playlists worldwide. With “One Man” and “Bad Gyal Energy”, she shows no signs of slowing down.
