Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has announced an extended 5-year warranty for all new vehicles sold from January 1, 2025, onwards. This enhancement provides Toyota owners with up to two additional years or 40,000km of warranty coverage, ensuring greater peace of mind and long-term vehicle reliability.
Previously, Toyota vehicles were covered under a 3-year or 100,000km warranty. Under the new Toyota 5-Year Warranty program, customers who complete the required number of Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS) at authorized Toyota dealerships can enjoy extended protection.
How to Qualify for the Toyota 5-Year Warranty
- 4th Year Full Coverage Warranty – Customers must complete at least six PMS, with at least one per year, during the initial 3-year warranty period.
- 4th Year Limited Coverage Warranty – Customers who complete 3 to 5 PMS with at least one per year will qualify but with limited coverage, excluding certain wear and tear parts.
- 5th Year Full Coverage Warranty – Customers who qualified for the 4th Year Full Coverage must complete at least two PMS in the 4th year to receive an additional one-year or 20,000km extension.
This extended warranty applies to all Toyota models released from January 1, 2025, including vehicles under contract with Kinto One and Kinto One Business.
