As the BER months approach, Savoy Hotel Manila is giving Puto Bumbong and Bibingka a fresh take, reimagining these nostalgic treats in exciting flavors while keeping the character that makes them Filipino favorites.

The idea is simple: honor the tradition while making room for something new.

The classic flavors are still available, but this year, we are giving these beloved treats a little something extra. Our reimagined Puto Bumbong comes in two exciting variations—one topped with coconut milk, mango, and roasted sesame seeds, and another paired with rich coconut jam and latik. Each brings its own delicious character while giving this much-loved Christmas treat a fresh and flavorful twist.

For Bibingka, Guests can choose between two indulgent toppings: Leche Flan and Macapuno, or Queso de Bola and Hamon. Both are best paired with a warm tablea hot chocolate, making for a comforting combination perfect for the Christmas season. To make the experience even more special, our talented culinary team has also prepared a Sampaguita syrup, adding a distinct floral sweetness to these festive creations.
