Irish hitmakers extend their Manila stop on the Man In The Arena Tour with a final March 20, 2027 concert at SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Filipino fans will get one more chance to see The Script live as the multi-awarded Irish band has announced a third and final Manila show for its highly anticipated Man In The Arena Tour.

The additional concert is scheduled for March 20, 2027 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena after the band’s first two Manila dates on March 18 and 19 sold out due to overwhelming demand.

Presented by Wilbros Live and Midas Promotions, tickets for the newly announced show will go on sale on June 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. through SM Tickets outlets nationwide and online via SMTickets.com.

The announcement follows frontman Danny O’Donoghue’s recent visit to Manila, where he personally promoted the tour and reconnected with the band’s loyal Filipino fanbase. During his stay, O’Donoghue also filmed a special performance video for the iconic hit “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” on the streets of Manila, recreating scenes inspired by one of the band’s most beloved songs.

The Man In The Arena Tour is expected to feature some of The Script’s biggest global hits, including “Breakeven,” “Hall of Fame,” “Superheroes,” “For The First Time,” “If You Could See Me Now,” and “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved.”

Fans can also look forward to hearing songs from the band’s upcoming album, The User’s Guide To Being Human, which is scheduled for release on August 14, 2026.

The new album follows 2024’s Satellites, a deeply personal record that saw O’Donoghue process the grief following the passing of longtime bandmate Mark Sheehan in 2023. Throughout the subsequent world tour, the band paid tribute to Sheehan during every performance.

The tour’s title track, “Man In The Arena,” reflects resilience, courage, and perseverance. Inspired in part by a famous speech by former U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt, the song celebrates those willing to step into the spotlight despite criticism and challenges.

“He talks about how honours don’t belong to the critics,” O’Donoghue explained. “The honours belong to the one who gets in there and whose face is marred with dust and blood.”

With three sold-out-caliber nights now scheduled in Manila, The Script once again proves the enduring connection it shares with Filipino audiences.

Why it matters: The addition of a third show highlights the band’s continued popularity in the Philippines and gives more fans the opportunity to experience one of the country’s most anticipated international concerts of 2027.

Tickets for The Script’s third and final Manila show go on sale June 13, 2026.
